Delivery & Returns:

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY SHIP TO ADDRESSES IN MAINLAND UK, WE CAN NOT SHIP TO THE ISLE OF WIGHT, CHANNEL ISLANDS OR ISLE OF MAN.

Delivery

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate and delivery costs where applicable
  • We reserve the right to amend prices at anytime without prior notice
  • Cancellation of an order after it has been despatched can not be accepted
  • Goods are not sold on a sale or return basis
  • All ordered goods must be paid for in full at time of ordering

It is our aim to despatch in stock goods within 48-72 hours from the time they are ordered. ( subject to payment clearing). Please then allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as delays may be due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery costs apply to every order unless stated otherwise.

All legal ownership of goods/products ordered does not pass from Hazel Dixon Nails Ltd to the Buyer until full payment has been received from the Buyer.

Pre-order/back order items will be delivered after full payment has been received and the items are available. Please note pre-order items can take up to 21 working days to be delivered to us before we can ship them out, you will be notified by email as soon as your pre-ordered/back order items come into stock.

Any item that needs to be re-shipped due to being refused or undeliverable the first time will have the original postage costs added again to the due amount, this is in order to cover our administrative and additional delivery costs.

Neither Hazel Dixon Nails ltd or their nominated carrier will accept claims for consequential losses due to late delivery. 

Claims arising from damage to goods in transit must be bought to the attention of Hazel Dixon Nails Ltd in writing within 2 days of receipt of goods. You must also provide us with photographic proof of any damages. Claims made outside this time limit will not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For all sales on any brush, due to them being a consumable item once opened there are strictly no refunds and we can not accept any returns for brushes. We also do not accept returns on products such as scissors, clippers, razors, manicure & pedicure implements and tweezers which have been opened and/or used.( this list is not exhaustive) 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In exceptional circumstances we accept returned goods with a 20% handling charge but only if the following conditions are met:

  • When you return an item, please make sure they are securely packaged. We cannot refund goods damaged in transit due to items being poorly packaged. Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle The buyer to a full credit/refund.
  • The items must be unused, in its original packaging and in a perfect resale-able condition.
  • You contact us within 2 days of receipt of goods if you require to return an item.
  • No returned goods will be accepted unless a returns number has been given to you.
  • You must provide us with proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt) 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • The appropriate returns number must be quoted on any and all accompanying documentation.( You can get a returns number by calling us or emailing us at hazeldixonnails@gmail.com)

For your own protection, you will need to obtain proof of postage/receipt from your carrier, as we will not accept any responsibility for lost parcels sent by you. The seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the cost of any items being returned.

Hazel Dixon Nails Ltd will not be responsible for any postage costs.

If the product you received is faulty/damaged/or missing please contact us within 2 working days after receiving them. Proof of purchase and proof of damage must be available upon our request.


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. This may take 14 plus days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hazeldixonnails@gmail.com

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4 Faraday Place, Thetford, Norfolk, IP24 3RG, UK

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
