The File It! Pro has a forward and reverse dual direction rotary system which allows easy use for both left-handed and right-handed nail technicians, adjustable speed that ranges from 0 to 35,000 RPM, a quiet and smooth hand piece with a flexible extension. These features make it convenient and easy to use when creating a set of nails. 

The File It! Pro is designed with a high-definition display that ensures you stay in control at all times. The clear screen shows the current rotary speed, allowing you to achieve perfect results withevery use. 

Simplify your work flow with the smart play/pause control of the File It! Pro. PRECAUTIONS:

Please use the correct power source voltage.

Ensure the chuck is fixed in the lock position before use.

Please stop the machine if any abnormal movement/noise is noticed during operation.

Please adjust the speed gradually, not abruptly.

Please do not touch any rotating part when the machine is working.

Please pause/stop the machine at first to change the direction.

Please do not place anything on the ventilation slides of the controller, and keep the dust away from it.

Unplug the machine after use.

Ensure you have completed the required training before using the e-file.

All e-files should be serviced every 12 months by a reputable repair/service centre.

WARRANTY:

The File It! Pro comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty, ensuring peace of mind and reliable performance under normal use. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship, providing you with confidence in the quality and durability of your e-file. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from user error, misuse, or any alterations made to the product. To maintain your warranty, we highly recommend following all usage and care instructions carefully.

Maintenance & upkeep of your e-file is important. We recommend reading the user guide/manual that comes with your purchase carefully but also please take note of the following advice to ensure your e-file remains within warranty for the full 12m duration.

  • DO NOT switch rotation between FWD/REV whilst rotation is in motion. Slow down rotation to zero or pause rotation first
  • DO NOT drop or bang your e-file.
  • DO NOT spill liquid on your e-file.
  • DO NOT start rotation without securely locking the bit lock
  • DO NOT start rotation without a bit securely fastened in the hand piece.
  • DO NOT use any other power cable other than the one provided with your e-file. And, if you use an adapter, please make sure that the adapter is suitable
  • DO NOT use alcohol, acetone or any other liquid based products to wipe the front panel of your e-file as this can damage the surface of the machine, display screen and the button symbols.
